Welcome to GP-Cyprus Tsiakkoui. By accessing or purchasing from our store (tsiakkoui.com), you agree to the following terms:

  1. Products
    All knives are handmade, unique collectible items. Small variations in color, size, or finish may occur and are part of the artisanal process.

  2. Age Restriction
    By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we believe this requirement is not met.

  3. Orders & Payments
    Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received. We accept PayPal and bank transfers. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

  4. Shipping
    We currently ship only to Germany, France, Italy, and Austria.

  • Standard EU Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • DHL Express: 2–4 business days
    Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

  1. Returns & Refunds
    We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

  2. Liability
    Our knives are intended for collectors and responsible use only. We are not liable for misuse, injury, or legal issues resulting from improper use of our products.

  3. Intellectual Property
    All content, images, and designs on tsiakkoui.com are the property of GP-Cyprus Tsiakkoui and may not be used without permission.

  4. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website means you accept any updates.
