Return & Refund Policy
All of our knives are handmade, unique pieces. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if the product has been used.

We only accept returns in the rare case of a defective or damaged product.

• Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery at panicostaxi@hotmail.com with photos of the issue.

• If approved, the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging.

• Once inspected, we will either replace the item (if possible) or issue a full refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
