Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent automatically to your email.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
All parcels are declared as “Handcrafted Collectible Knives” to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs inspections.
We are not responsible for delivery delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.
